Before the Valentine-making could properly begin at the Valentine-making party on Saturday, a backlog of birthday presents (for more than one individual) clamored to be opened. Some of the more photogenic ones are shown here, including the catalog of a recent retrospective at Tate Modern in honor of the great Juan Muñoz, whose sudden death at age 48 in 2001 left behind a sad void.
